For people who are confused (as I was): Hapi = an egyptian riven god (god of Nile river) Berth = means to lie atop something Dey = A title used to address the governors of Algiers (in this song the sheeps and the deer were the governors of Algiers) Ewe = female sheep So he's just singing that river god hapi slept on two sheeps and a deer named harrison. Apparently, "Happy birthday" is supposed to be copyrighted by Warner music and you need to pay royalty for public performance.
